A market-data and strategy specialist who covers commercial, industrial, and farm transactions for the team. Daniel runs the financial modelling, due-diligence checklists, structure of deals, and the spreadsheet side of every engagement. He is the partner you want on the call when a deal has zoning, environmental, or cap-rate questions.

- 02 · Local data, not Toronto-wide averages.The GTA is nine separate housing markets. We work with neighbourhood-level absorption rates, list-to-sale ratios, and days-on-market — not headline numbers.
- 03 · Honest pricing.If your house is not going to clear at the price you want, we will tell you the day we walk through it. Same for offer prices on the buy side. We would rather lose the listing than mis-price it.
- 04 · The deal closes or you do not pay.Standard Ontario commission structure. We get paid when the deal closes, not before. If it does not close, we do not collect.
